Guillermo Rosas is assistant professor in the Department of Political Science and fellow at the Center of Political Economy at Washington University in St. Louis.  He received his Ph.D. from Duke University.  His published research delves into the economic consequences of political regimes and political institutions and behavior in Latin America and has appeared in the American Journal of Political Science, Comparative Political Studies, International Organization, and Legislative Studies Quarterly, among others.  He teaches courses on Latin American Politics, Political Economy of Development, Comparative Party Politics, and Regression Analysis.
